It was a good fit with a 6" lift doing it from below. Almost ran out of arm strength before the teeth finally matched up and slid on.

Scottyb I know you said check after 12hr but I went ahead and did a check when the charger cut off. After was 52.7. Each battery said 8.8 except 2 of the 2 it read 8.77. I ran cart to wide open hit 10mph it read 50.2 second run was barley an incline it read 49.7. I'll throw the charger back on the do the 12 hr check in the morning.

After the 12hrs this morning the whole pack was 52.0v. Each battery was around 8.6

Measure the voltage between the Yellow wire (throttle output) and B- at the controller.

You should get close to 5v with pedal down for the cart to go full speed.

What controller do You have now?

Also, check the pedal linkage to make sure it is not worn out:
