You can post the entire model number, but if it ends in VS, it uses a 0-5v throttle signal.

I am not sure if the 4.77v would be 100% throttle.

Check the free play on the pedal itself, there are other threads where folks used a piece of "full hose" over the rod to reduce the "free play" caused by the wear on the linkage as well.

I can't feel any free play in the petal a zip tie won't even fit in between that rod and the petal like that thread said to do

well i have a stock series motor with my 94 DS upgraded to 48V with a 400 amp alltrax and it will run 26mph easy. 6" lift with 23" tires. So something has to be wrong. I wouldnt think it would be the motor.

Dang if I could just go about 15 with the stock motor I would be happy. I don't think it's the brakes it rolls pretty good.

It's tight but I took off the MCOR underneath last weak and did this mod. It took up the slack. Didn't change my MPH but definitely took up the slack.
