I know. It won't happen again. Of course I wasn't driving but she said it just went almost dead at once. We were doing some slow speed trails at the end so loss of power with the high tq motor must not have been easily noticed.

I was impressed with how the DPI charger did. It started out at only 7 amps for the first 20 mins I saw before going to bed. I checked it 8 hrs later and it was at 5 amps. It wasn't fully charged until 14-16hrs. It may have hit 15 amps sometime but it seems it sensed the batteries were in a sad state and charged slowly. A powerwise would have thrown 17 amps at it hard and long.

I forgot to mention that both the new and old motors have 9 windings on the stator.

First parts casualty doing wheelies. I'll bend it all back straight and weld another piece of 1/4" material on the back side of shock mount to make it wheelie proof.

You're gonna need to repair/replace that shock also.

As long as it's not leaking fluid when I bend it back i'll let it ride for now. Can anyone point me in the direction for coil over shocks to fit stock height?

I found sponsor East Coast custom carts has coil overs for $46 each.
