2002 ezgo , new wires , lifted now want to start upgrading cant do all at once whats next ??? motor ,controller ?? will be used for hunting want speed but need ability to climb fews hills also thanks

You said your 2002 PDS cart was lifted, so it probably has taller than stock tires and an upgraded controller and solenoid is needed to regain the torque lost by the oversized tires. That upgrade probably should be next.

If the tires height is 22" or less, a DCX400 with a 200A solenoid might do the job.
If the tires are over 22" tall, a DCX500 (or larger) with a 400A solenoid would be better.

Hopefully, the new cables are 4Ga or heavier and the battery pack is in good health.
