Well your right. When plugged in but not into cart it is operating. So now I'm trying to figure out is this something I can repair or to whom I take it too to get it repaired.

The original control board in a PW 28115 was in two parts and the replacement boards are one piece assemblies, but it is a fairly straight forward repair.

There's a chance that someone jumped the relay to get a low set of batteries to charge. Try connecting the relay back up as in "JohnnieB's" diagram and see if it charges and shuts off. You may luck out and not have to replace anything!

What simpleman said !!!! I had the very same charger with the relay bypassed. I corrected the wiring and "wallah" worked like a champ. Worth a try !! RAY
