Ez Go 48v jerks going forward

I have an ez go 48v cart with a sepex controller. The problem I have is when going forward it goes full speed and jerks while at full throttle. I changed solenoid, controller and speed sensor in the motor. Still the same result. Any ideas? Desperate help needed

What controller? Brand, model? I might be looking at magnet/speed sensor CIRCUIT. Also, what is pack voltage when this is happening?

It's a Curtis controller sepex model 1244. Changed the sensor magnet on the side of the motor. Pack is 48v.

Have you tried cleaning the inline connector between the controller and ITS sensor?

It's gotten worse. Now the motor goes to full speed for a couple seconds then seems like it loses power n only goes about 1/4 speed. I'm getting 12v at the ITS. The only thing I can think of is there's a problem in the motor. HELP!!
