Default OK a buddy dropped his 2007 buggy off at my house

He was filming Turkey Hunts for his dvd's and he ran into a couple problems

#1 rear end started howling and then it would only pull with front wheels- when Mine did this, I had to replace the axle bearings- the axles had slipped out enough to no longer engage the gears.

2 he had to leave the cart in the woods, for nearly 3.5 weeks, he had been setting up blinds and it was not charged and he thought it was the charger, I hooked up my charger and it still isn't taking a charge- I checked the drivers side batteries and the highest I got was 2.3 volts- something tells me he killed the batteries left uncharged

it is a 2008? ezgo/bad boy

has anyone every got something that low to take a charge?
I am including pictures of the charger- I dont recognize this one- he was given to him as they worked on his original, and then someone stole his original while he was charging it at a hotel

is there anything else to look at in the rear end?

thanks guys- He brought it by here, because, He thought I know more about carts than anyone else he knows- now that is a said state of affairs LOL

well its a good bet he killed them.....but its not surprising that your charger won't charge, as the pack is too low, you would need to use a regular battery charger to get them high enough that you can plug in the cart..... if its has 6v batteries, you can use a standard automotive charger and connect two batteries in series to charge them.
