Default Fewer daily posts here

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the Yamaha section always seems to have fewer daily posts than the CC or EZGO sections. Is it because yamis have less problems or because yamis are easier to work on.

I don't think it's either of those things. I think it's simply they are not as popular as the other two.

There's a Yamaha section? I thought they built pianos.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

In my area there are ~ 10,000 golf carts registered here on any given day. The vast majority are CC or EZGO. Prolly about 50-50 split between the two with Yamaha a distant 3rd. I don't know why that is. The Yamaha factory is only 10 miles from here. Even the local golf courses have EZGO fleets at the moment.
The Yammies seem perfectly fine to me. The local mechanics I've talked to don't bad mouth them any more than the others. The local dealer is also the EZGO franchise. I've been there a couple of times and he didn't try to steer me one way or the other.

The work I have done on Yamahas is limited, but what I have done I have enjoyed. They seem to be well made.

It depends where you are. In our development (Rio Verde, Az) I would say that 80% of the carts are Yamahas. The only good dealer in the area is Yamaha. I think they are as good as any of the other two brands. I have a 2012 and it has been perfect.
