Yamaha serial number model
I am new to the forum, I recently purchased a Yamaha electric golf cart, i am trying to find the year and model i did find the serial number under the seat it is: JF8-400298 looking on the web I culd not find the model, i double checked the serial number and it is correct, I want to purchase headlight for it, so i do need to know what year and the G** any help would be appreciated,

JF8 or JF3? If it's JF3-4xxxxx, it's a '94 G8. No light kits for a G8.

iT IS A jf8-4XXXX for sure and I can not find any information at all any were on the web.I am stumped. there is a Yamaha golf cart dealer close to me I just found out today, Maybe i will stop in and check them out and see what they say. hopefully they will be helpful. they are located in a small county town. Thanks for your reply.
