Just disconnect all cables in the pack negative for more than 10 minutes to reset the OBC. The black wire with yellow bullet connector comes from the Controller B- and it is used to provide the negative for your 12v accessories. |

Re: Batteries---- mind blown
Before attempting to reset the OBC, I watched the charge cycle. When I plugged it in, At 12amp it climbed up to 57v. Then I watched the PD maintain 56.6v at 7amps shutting off and kicking back on for a few cycles. When it kicked off, it dropped like a rock to 54.5v. It would do this multiple times, off- 54v, on- 56.7v. After quite a while, at a maintained 5amps it slowly climbed to 60.5v then oddly dropped down to 57.3v. I turned my back for a second when that happened and didnt hear the charger shut off. Charger still on at 5amps, onboard meter climbed to 58.1v before I had to walk away for a while. At 60v, I tested with handheld meter and confirmed 10v at each battery and 60v across the pack.

Ok, so I can just disconnect the last negative going to the controller to reset the OBC or all the negative cables from each battery? |

Re: Batteries---- mind blown
Just disconnect the cable that goes from pack negative through the OBC to the Controller B-.
That should be the only cable on that battery post. |

Re: Batteries---- mind blown
My cart sat for 2 weeks. I’m sitting @ 51 volts. And the little meter is not 100% accurate. Your voltage should be higher after 2 days. When charging I have seen has high as 64 volts during equalization mode. This is with the OBC and PDII charger.

Re: Batteries---- mind blown
Find below a State of Charge chart and a Trojan Charging Voltage chart for your reference. If your STATIC VOLTAGES or CHARGING VOLTAGES are well outside of these charts, then there could be a problem.

Re: Batteries---- mind blown
I'm pretty sure they were a few other responses that I can no longer see, weird.
I didn't reset the OBC yet, i wanted to see what the voltage was after a few days. So, after four days, I turned on the cart and the voltage read 49.9 V. |

Re: Batteries---- mind blown
Little question on the Trojan charge voltage chart ThreeCW posted;
How long can the charger stay in the finish and equalization state of charge (64. before switching to the float charge (54) on a gen III DPI charger? |

Reset the OBC and see the results. It is 1 bolt.
