Default Inductive Throttle Sensor Part

I've troubleshot my cart (06 EZGO 36v TXT SERIES) down to the ITS and I've noticed in researching the part that the cost is widely different from one mfgr to another for the same part. I know you get what you pay for, but ranging from $26 to $201 seems crazy. Appreciate any comments on the subject!

I have not seen the $25 or $200 ones?
I see no difference in the $50 or $100 coils. I have used both of these with equal results.
Also - it is very rare to see a bad ITS coil. Make sure you are getting the proper voltage IN before you condemn the output.

Have you checked this? Excuse me if I've missed part of this troubleshooting.

Took your advice and re-checked ITS & Controller, I'm getting inconsistent readings...so I'm going back to step 1 to see what I get. I'm using the EZGO troubleshooting diagram, which is pretty lengthy, so hopefully I can determine the issue soon. Thanks!

No, but definitely will before I order any parts. Thanks!

That's the most troublesome Molex connector on carts that have them, and have left me stranded more than a few times, so I cut it off and soldered and heat-shrinked them. Use good marine grade heat-shrink.

In the interim, unplug, spray contact cleaner, and plug/unplug/plug a few times and see if the problem goes away. Takes 5 minutes.

Thanks to whoever took that photo. I know it wasn't the purpose of the pic, but since mine was already gone, I've been using it quite a bit.

This plug has two wires for the throttle microswitch and two for the ITS.

The connector was definitely a problem, 2 wires were melted together in the process of deleting the plug. Thanks again! Still have other issues that are keeping the cart from working...
