Barley Moves cc Electric
1993 Club Car 48 volt Batteries are new solenoid clicks and is working right but cart barley moves in rev will run fwd but just at a crawl any help on what to check be appreciated Thanks note rev buzzer works.

First to check is batteries. Can you tell us the pack voltage and then the voltage of each individual battery at rest and then again under load? This is the starting point.

Like i said the batteries are good already checked them with a lester 36 0r 48 volt tester all voltages are good.i own and operate a service and repair shop for 50 yrs this is somethimg never had happen and cannot find a 1993 Club car service and repair manual.

I can't swear to this but I don't think I have ever seen a 1993 48v Club Car. What drive system do you have?

IF the motor is 25 years old it may be time for an inspection or rebuild
However battery pack health is the first observation that must be made on any electric cart, you said they are ok, Hopefully you are seeing over 50 minutes discharge at 56amp how about cables? any hot ones. Did they even make a 48v in 1993? IDK, you got a v-glide if so check it out, Gremlins love to hide in there |

I cut the discharge tester off after 65 mins no hot cables do u know where i can get a manual i have all cc manuals except for a 93 and cannot find one.

Club Car introduced the first 48v cart in the 95 model, I don't think You will find a manual for what you are looking.
If it has an OBC, perhaps you are searching for the wrong year model manual. |
