LoL..I know him, he will look at them all I am sure and get it all squared away b4 camping season...he is itching for something to do like that b4 camping season starts (he loved his projects last winter). I will give credit where credit is due, he is great at the whole welding/fabricating thing. He has already got all the metal lined up for what he wants to do/add to your cart, just waiting for the cart. I am sure everyone will be happy :)

I think we are planning on taking our carts over to my dad's house, I wasn't thinking the other day, but he has an acre of land in the middle of the city and ground will still be frozen enough that we won't mess up the grass or sink lol. I will make sure that is what we are planning on doing and then will call and give you directions.

LoL, there are no hills but I think there may be a mound of dirt my dad brought in years ago and never did anything with but I am not even sure if that is still there.

Will do Doomsman, that is how hubby checks his progress of projects by looking on here lol.

I am hoping that when Todd starts his lift building for the G1's he will continue the posting of pictures and progress during their ever continuing transformations! In a way, it's kind of cool that we both ended up here...to see what they started out as...then what another owner has done to them...and then maybe yet again, what another owner will do.

Hey Todd, I had to "notch" the frame on my G1 for my clutch clearance... No problems after that!!

I lifted my G1 about 3-4" (homemade) and put 20" tires on it. It goes through streams, mud, slightly rocky trails. Its pretty amazing where you can actually go with it. It kinda needs a little more power for steep hills though.

If you lift it more than ~4" you need to take the clutch cover off and/or cut the frame, depending on the type of clutch you have. I have a comet duster clutch(oem) and I can just take the cover off if I want to lift it any more.
