Might be getting another project soon!
I found this cart for $75!!! It looks like a G16 maybe and its electric though. Might either get it running or make into a trailer for my gasser. You think its worth $75?????
Still has the top, windshield, and front body. Needs some welding done to the frame in the front. He says it just needs that fixed and batteries to run again. Hard to tell until I see it in person though... Wonder how hard it would be to change over to a gasser???? Axle, swingarm, motor, cables, gas tank and all the small parts inbetween should be about it I think... What to do |

Re: Might be getting another project soon!
Is it worth 75.00? Is that a trick question? Heck yea it is. You can't go wrong no matter what you do with it for that kind of money.

That's what I was thinking! I just sold my EZGO trailer to make room, now it looks like this will be taking it's old spot.

Just beware, if that's an Ike cart it may need more than you can give.....

A matching trailer/people hauler would be sweet. Although a sparky hot rod would be cool to.

Re: Might be getting another project soon!
dont bother converting it to gas, by the time you get a swing arm/diff/etc you could just get a stock yamaha gasser for 1800, I would just fix it as an elec and sell it to fund another project

I can't wait to see it person though, if it is in decent shape like he says then I might clean it up and drive it. If not it will probably become a matching trailer. It is closer to the coast though in the LaPorte area. So it is a possibility although he says it was never flooded. |
