you NEED to call directly to Flight Systems Incorp. They are the distributer for that controller and the throttle converter. If anyone can figure out why you are blowing throttle converters they can.

Ok got the new controller. I haven't hooked it up yet I'm changing all the cables to 4ga and HD soleniod. Should I also put in a 400amp fuse just wondering if I need one.

Yes you need the fuse however with a 400 amp a 250 amp fuse will do. Sounds funny however that is the norm with Alltrax, which could be different with GE.

Run away from the repair shop

PRE-CHARGE RESISTOR is a device that
slowly charges the capacitors within the
electronic controller. Without this resistor,
closing the contactor would generate large
amounts of current and arc the contacts.
