Charger problems (newbe here)
I have a dead charger. My question is, do you have to have it plugged into the cart for it to come on? I have ac going in and no DC coming out. Do you need to be hooked into cart to throw relay on. Is there anyway to check with out a cart?

Yes. It has to recognize that the cart is plugged in. You can then check the positive and negative leads from the cart side of the charger provided that the reed switch is not bad. What year and type of cart and the type of charger do you have?
