Hopefully that info will help somebody else who is looking to buy a cart for hilly terrain....... for you we have disc brakes. Stock brakes are meant for stock carts on mild terrain.

scottyb you have peaked my curiosity, please tell me more about disc barkes. I am not planning on lifting my cart, does anyone make a disc brake kit for non-lifted carts?
