It cuts out , acts like its not getting full power also. motor is still turning but not running. I changed the plug, fuel, filters and just bought a new carb, havent put it on the cart yet, going to go get a fuel pump when they open up this morning. when i say incline i mean a slight one maybe 15 degrees. before i changed the fuel it was running rich and now its not acording to the condition of the plug.

Sorry guys been on vacation for the last week, but Great news i fixed the cart. New Carb and she took right off like a jet, thanks for all your input

Hello Im new here, and a 50 year old women who just knows enough to be dangeres lol. I have a 1989 tourall club car gas. some days it runs great and other day I cant get it to move. Last week I had to push it home! (and all up hill) New spark plug gapped at 29 clean carb as good as I dare, would love to get a rebuild kit and take it all apart but Im worryed Id make it worse. the only manual I have is an owners manual It is not worth the paper its written on lol what do you guys think I should do?

Welcome young lady, where are you located? Carbs are not to complicated but the first one will seem that way until you get it back together.
Would like you to determine if it is actually a carb issue before you pull it. Take a spare plug with you and the next time it stops pull the plug wire off, insert it on new plug and check spark. Also how long before it dies and then how long before it restarts? |
