1984 EZGO Marathon with RZR S Engine
I am getting ready for College and have no space for my golf cart there.
I have a 1984 EZGO Marathon, Teal Colored, With the following done to it: -2009 Polaris RZR S 800 HO EFI engine, complete minus exhaust, fuel line, throttle cable, air filter, and radiator with lines. -1991 Yamaha Banshee Front Dual A-arm suspension, with Teryx UTV shocks, disk brakes need to be plumbed. -2008 Polaris 500 HO rear differential/transmission with 500 Ho clutch, allows you to have high and low forward gears, a neutral, and a reverse gear. The park gear does not work very well, but there is no need to use the park gear anyways. -2008 Polaris 500 HO rear independent dual A-arm suspension, has 500 HO shocks. No rear disk brakes, but all you need is the caliper and hub to convert to disk brakes. -2012 Polaris 26" Take off Tires, basically brand new. -The steering should be converted to rack and pinion or better aligned. -Sheet metal is off the cart at the moment, so it would be easy for repainting if you wish, the color is ok, but not beautiful. -Engine is currently sitting in the cart, needs to be mounted, I never mounted it b/c I never bought a cvt belt, which is needed for correct mounting of the engine. -Fuel tank has been modified, and fitted with the OEM RZR S fuel pump. Mounted in tank. The Cart needs to be finished, I estimate another $500 for the miscellaneous parts needed. It needs: -Engine Mounted, needs the cvt belt -Exhaust made -Fuel lines, brake lines and cylinder, throttle cable -Radiator and lines -Air filter, like a K&N -Body panels refitted, new floor panel, I was thinking diamond plate aluminum -Steering updated -Studs in rear hubs swapped out, I have the new studs My Build Thread: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/bike-...-marathon.html Pictures can be found in the above thread, otherwise I will try to get some new pictures later this week, depending on the weather. I am willing to sell the engine separate of the cart if somebody is interested in just the motor. I am thinking about $3000 obo for the entire cart or $2000 obo for the engine, that may seem high for the motor but it's what they sell for. Prices are negotiable, so let me know if you are interested. I am located in Coon Rapids, MN just above the Twin Cities You can send me a PM, or email me at KramersKarts@gmail.com Thank You for your time, and have a nice day. |
