Yamaha g9 weak spark
Hi I have a 92 yamaha g9. And I just put the motor back in and am having trouble getting it to fire. It backfires out of the carb violently. When trying to start. Then once in a great while fires right up and runs with no issues. I'm baffled on this I pulled the spark plug and it has very weak spark tried new and several other plugs with same results very orange weak spark. My quistion could this be a weak coil? Bad condenser? Or bad ignotor? Maybe combination of these items? I ran ground strap straight to motor cover with no change. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated
