These batteries have been severely neglected if they were out of water. Try charging several cycles and measure each battery after sitting two hours after a full charge. They should be at least 8.6V each. Then load test them - connect your voltmeter to each battery and briefly drive the cart and see how much the voltage drops under load. Fully charged batteries should not drop below 8V under load!

I had a very similar experience with my 2017 AC Drive2 cart last year.... I gave it to the dealer and it sat for 6 months waiting on parts. Warranty covered replacing the solenoid and then the controller. The end result was it was a faulty wiring harness - which was outside of the warranty period and cost me $600. It has been fine since. But what a pain.
