Do you have the Navitas app to check the controller?
I'd check the controller monitor and make sure it's getting the correct command for F Forward.

Check that you have the F1 and F2 connections tight, and none of the cable ends are touching each other or any other metal parts.

I don't know how tough the Navitas controllers are, there's a good chance if it was hooked up to the damaged motor, that the controller is damaged as well.

Yes I have the app. The app shows the FNR functioning properly.

On the Motor Output section on the controller app, when in forward and the pedal is pressed, I only have Field Voltage registering (50.03). I have no field current, armature current, armature voltage, or battery current.

The Navitas controller was hooked up to the damaged motor before I realized the OEM motor was bad.

Just got off the phone with Navitas, they are going to replace controller. Hopefully that does the trick.

My cart finally runs again!

The first Navitas controller was replaced, the unit they sent was also bad (it would operate in Forward but not Reverse), so after another swap out, the 3rd Navitas controller finally worked.
