Welcome to BGW

can you tell us more about your cart?

Year, new or old batteries, can you give us a volt reading on your battery pack, and each battery

First look for the obvious loose wire ~ bad connection? Give all the battery cables a little tug n twist. You would be surprised but one can be ready to fall off and not conducting amperage as it should. If all cables are good take a look at the solenoid. use your voltmeter to confirm 36v on one side Big Terminal and when it clicks power should go thru it to the other side Big Terminal..... No voltmeter? Go get one ... You are gonna need it.

It's a little late to be answering this, but it may help someone. I have the exact same cart, and the solenoids will click w/o the keys in it, but it won't move. It sounds like an ignition switch wire is loose, or you don't have the keys in it. Either way, I hope this helps someone with a similar situation.
