Ok
I probed yellow wire and have 03.7 w pedal up on my multi meter. When i push pedal to floor gradually it moves to 0 when pedal is to floor. This does same w key in off position also

Make sure the voltage was above 3.0v when the pedal switch clicked.

What was the voltage right after the pedal microswitch clicked ON, that is what the Controller is checking to be above 3.0v or it generates an HPD error shutdown.

Are you saying voltage with your foot off the pedal starts at 3.7v, you start pressing the pedal down, the voltage never goes down, eventually you hear the pedal micro switch click and the voltage never goes down?

It starts at 3.7v and when pedal clicks it starts to go down and when pedal gets to floor its 0v. It does the same w key on or off.

Can you not hear the micro switch click?

The important voltage reading is right after you hear the click when pressing the pedal down.
