Default shelter accessory for charger available

We just got a 2008 Precedent for the owner's rep at a construction site. It must be stored outdoors (charged outdoors). Is there an off-the-shelf shelter to attach to the side of the trailer?
What product is out there to protect the charger when charging outside is required?

Run a 2 1/2 inch pvc pipe through wall leaving charger inside trailer, run cart plug through pipe when needed, put a cap over pipe when not in use. Use this for leaving charger in shed, and cart outside. Caulk around pipe foor water tightness.
