Just wired up the parallel bus bar, solenoid, and AC board. Motor was dropped in yesterday. Next is making a POT box and shell be ready for power.

Just Changed out the old lights for some new LED ones and wired up turn signals and horn. What a difference the new clean headlights made!

Thanks! Might be able to flip the switch on the BB's today. Crossing my fingers that everything works.

The only thing holding this up is a 10mm by M5 ball end for the POT lever. Should be in tonight but havent made a cradle for the POT yet.

Dialed in the Navitas settings on my conversion. Scary fast. Cleaning up the wiring this morning after batteries are charge. If time prepping for patina paint job.

Just finished installing Alltrex 500 PDS controller with stock motor for now. I should have done this a long time ago.

Paint is in. Iron and copper paint. Acid blocking primer. Appropriate acid to accelerate rust and patina. Permacoat to stop the reaction when color desired is achieved. She’s gonna look old!

Just got done scrolling through the old thread. Been a few years since this one was started. Lots of things have happened since then. You guys have got some great looking carts. Proud for you. Hoping to see many more come through here. God bless.
