My 99 txt runs great in warm weather. Temp gets below 50 and all I get is a clicking sound in the soloinoid.

Re: 99 EZ GO TXT won't move in cold weather
A friends cart had this same problem. Turned out to be the motor brushes sticking in their holders! When it got cold, the brushes weren't contacting the commutator. When it's cold try tapping on the brush end ot the motor with a block of wood or rubber hammer and if the cart runs, you'll know that's the problem!

Cold weather reduces battery voltage, check your pack voltage too.
