94 ds has spark and good compression but has pressure coming from carburetor

I tested compression at the plug hole and it’s around 150. Also pulled fuel line off and it was present. Used inline spark tester and had spark but the carb seems to blow air towards the air filter and the spark plug doesn’t seems to have any gas on it. Any idea what it may be?

have you adjusted the valves? Usually if its blowing gas out the carb theyre out. Should set them both to .005

And never trust the inline spark testers. They only tell you "if" you have spark. It doesnr mean that spark is strong enough to ignite the mixture. Hold rhe plug against a valve cover bolt. It should be bright and blue. If it's white or yellow, try another plug. If it still isn't bright and blue, you've got a weak coil.

Do you have any history on this cart?
Was the engine replaced? Which way is it spinning?

I replaced the brushes in starter generator and it’s. Ccw. I looked at a similar model and it was also ccw
