Ez-Go Workhorse 804 GXT
The projekt has begun!
Difficult machine to find any specs. on, but hey it's not a problem, but a challange. Final look: Ford 31 pickup. Biggest problem is the entire front section. Fenders, hood and lights. All will be build in iron. Colourcode Ral 9010 white. Pictures will come latere. If anyone has any ideas on how to mount front, and cut the fenders, let me know |

Re: Ez-Go Workhorse 804 GXT
No cutting... yet It all fell apart, when all the bolts were undone. Lots and lots of "rust off spray", 2 cans i think.
The real challange were the bed, the jack were broken and stuck, came lose with the help of a plasmacutter. All the electrical were burnt, and needed a overhaul, took about 3 hours. So now its running, and fast!!! now it goes from 0 - 25 mph in a flash. I see you have an GXT too, have you raised it a bit? Looks good, looks really good. Just bought a whole stack of metal, so soon the rebuild can begin, but still keeping it light are a real challange. |

Re: Ez-Go Workhorse 804 GXT
sweet ride. Big block V twin.... nice!
I think I will keep the Robin engine in the rebuild, it's running very stabil now. And getting engines or other parts to denmark from the us, cost a whole lot. We do have a salesman over here, but I think it would be cheaper getting spareparts from the US. So right now, what i don't have, I build. I do also have another GXT but that one I use around the farm. Belive me, it not called workhorse for nothing |
