Club Car DS drive clutch spring replacement
I have a 2004 Club Car DS. I am trying to replace the spring inside the drive clutch. It seemed like a simple enough job...NOT. I see I now need a clutch cover puller. After that, then what? How do you change the spring? And after how hard is it to put the cover back on?

Re: Club Car DS drive clutch spring replacement
is a steering wheel puller will also do the job. Once you get the outer cover off I believe there's only a snap ring that keeps the spring inside.
