I have the 2010 club car diagram done I was starting a new thread but my mistake on including the old thread.I just got the 2006 club car gas and its really slow.

Not any help here but there is a guy in our HOA who thought his gas EZGO would out go my electric cart... Well he still does not talk to me very much!

Easy way to get a little more speed from gas (though perhaps not the best idea for the mechanically challenged) Underneath you can see the throttle cable connection to the pedal assembly. Tighten the cable up until it is "very tight." Then you can "bend" the bracket on the motor where the cable mounts. A combination of the two will allow you to run it out a bit more. Be warned though, over revving that gas motor for extended time WILL shorten the lifespan. I tighten all the throttle cables up, and for those who are intent on making it faster I bend the brackets. And then forewarn them that running full RPM for long periods will shorten the lifespan.

Thanks for the info .I am looking for some kind of rpm tachometer of sonme kind.I am sure they sell them.
