Sorry I don't think I'm going to be any help. Everything you say points to the batteries. I was thinking possibly you had the wrong kind of battery installed. But with no brand name it's hard to tell. Good luck.

You either have a defective battery that has a high impedance or a bad connection. The drop you are getting IS the problem. You need to look for a bad connection in the battery wiring and load test each battery. You could connect and then read each battery and find out where your big drop is.

in a PM yesterday I sent,
going to need to load test the batteries sounds like , have you checked the motor for short to ground,..? this morning he said motor checked out , no mention of load testing though,... |

Those battery cables don't look good. Some look like they might not make good connections.

Yes those cables look like crap and I'm almost sure that those batteries are a maintenance free version of marine deep cycles that are made for starting type use. If so one or more may be shot already from use in a cart where the amp draw is both heavy and long....

I now have the dead car running, however it runs slow then after a sort time picked up and started to run at a faster speed then slowed down and nearly came to a halt? any ideas
