Put the FNR in the position the reverse buzzer is working.
Remove the MCOR 2-pin connector and put a large paper clip jumping the harness socket. With the key ON you should have +48v at the paper clip. Press the pedal and if the controller is working, the solenoid circuit should activate. |

Sergio,jumped with paper clip,no click,no go, have 48 volt on blue wire

You mean the blue wire at the MCOR 2 pin connector right?
It looks like the controller is bad. Does the cart offer any resistance and the buzzer beeps when you push it (walk away break)? |

Yes blue wire at mcor,have not pushed,test yet,last person who worked on this cart,installed new controller,and did not fix problem(I was told),but I don't know if obc was bypassed at same time....

The controller has no affect on the OBC, so assuming the pack had enough voltage to start the charger relay, and it only worked after the by-pass, the OBC is bad.
Unless you can get a good deal on an OBC, you may be better off leaving the by-passes in place and getting a smart charger. |
