97 48v ds wont charge
I have a 97 48v ds that wont charge. I'll plug the charger in and it wont do anything no clicking or anything from the charger. Tried another charger and same thing. Getting 34v at the charger receptacle (Owner has the cart discharged pretty good). Possibly a bad obc? Whats the proper way to test the obc? Thanks.

Re: 97 48v ds wont charge
The pack voltage is too low for any charger to work now.
You need to boost the charge on the pack before continuing with the troubleshoot. If You have 2 car chargers you can connect them in series and charge 3 batteries at the time. If not, You can set the car charger to 2 amps and charge 1 battery at the time until it gets to 10v. After that, follow RevolutionGolfCars troubleshooting procedures: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ml#post1186539 |
