Electric Club Car stops with pedal fully engaged
I am looking at buying a 2010 Electric Club Cart Precedent. While test driving, the cart will go with the pedal pushed at 1/4 of the way to the floor. If you push the pedal any further down it completely stops. It will start again with the pedal pushed in at 1/4 of the way to the floor again after stopping. It has been charged. I checked the water levels in the batteries and it seems to be good. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
