NAPA 8148 Batteries and DCI Charger Question
I know NAPA batteries are not the top quality, but for a $100 set of 6-8v's (work MIS-order), I decided to grab them and use them. I currently run Trojan and they are great but close to replacement. I use a DPI smart charger and I'm wondering if I need to change the charger settings (jumpers on the front of the charger)? The batteries are NAPA 8148 and I think I read that they are made by EXIDE. IF so I also think i read that there is a EXIDE jumper configuration setting on the charger. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: NAPA 8148 Batteries and DCI Charger Question
you do need to change the jumper unless it happens to be the same configuration as Trojan if memory serves me correctly the DPI manual states to call them with any other batteries not listed in the manual for configuration.
