Default Best way to clean batteries-Spill

What is the best way to keep the top of the batteries clean after they spill a little. Someone told me to use baking soda and water mixture and scrub. After some offroading some of my batteries have leaked a little.

Baking soda and water works good. Do not get any of that in one of the battery cells.

After cleaning reapply whatever sprayon terminal protector you are using.
I use a pair of Deka products for cleaning and protecting.... I use a leaf blower to dry everything out between processes.

i like noco battery acid detector / cleaner. spray it on, acid turns pink. rinse & repeat until there is no more pink.

i use no-ox-id a special for the posts/lugs/wire/etc. no need to re-apply unless you scrub it off!

I use a No-Ox compound all the time on 120/240 V wiring, though I never thought of it for my batteries. I have a spray can I started using on a boat with an inverter. Thanks.

In the good old days we poured Coke on them and let it foam then sprayed it off.
