Red Hawk offers 2 reciever hitch kits for rear seats.
Hitch-14 for standard rear seats then they make hitch-17 for seats with the safety bar/ support for a flip seat.
They also make kits for CC DS and Precedent, EZ-GO TXT Med and RXV's, also Yamaha kits.

I would not want a design like the last pic. You would have a heck of a time putting the trailer on under the foot plate of the rear seat kit. It needs to extend out beyond the foot plate for ease of access IMO.
