I would def agree with it being in that year range. I have an 03 myself and it is almost identical to your setup from what I can see.

it is a TXT but it could also be a PDS cart...does it have a button to shift into gear or a lever by your legs?

Have you looked for an ID tag on the cross member behind the seat? I think it's 2004 and up that don't have tags in glove box.
