My first cart!
Picked up a 94 ezgo 36 volt cart today. It needs some work done to it, the battery trays are rusted out, and possibly a couple of new batteries but i got it for a reasonable price. Going to start tearing it apart tomorrow. Anything helpful i should know before i get started?

Re: My first cart!
Take Close up pictures,
take pictures of your wiring get the model numbers from the passengers side glove box Read all the stickies and print the manuals out on the top of this page- Greatest primer you will find know the year and what kind of cart you have Please understand the good guys round here, have been better than 99% of the so called cart mechanics I have talked to in my area read about the batteries- its better to change the entire battery pack with good batteries and charge them according to the breakin suggestions charge the cart everytime you use it keep your batteries connections CLEAN good cables are a must the Sponsors are some GREAT people, great prices and These guys know a lot more than ordinary shops in my area change one cable at a time- even though you have pictures- the cart gremlins ( not here on the board, the gremlins, that live in your cart- trust me they are real and they gremlins are REAL) will smack you, if you do not respect them |
