Ok, you need two things to open the file:
1.) Internet Explorer
2.) Adobe Reader
I am just saying IE because that's all I have ever used. You can obviously open it in other browsers, I just don't know exactly how. But anyway, in IE just left click once on the link. It will come up and say Open, Save, and Save As. Click open (this only works if you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer). You can get the latest Adobe Reader here:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Good luck!

I finally got the pdf to open ,had to re-install adobe again ,it had been deleted some how.Anyway,,found a terminal on a wire that needed replaced ,did that ,ok,now the cart will not move ,do I need to reset OBC ?From what I've read the OBC may be keeping the charger from doing it's job but my friends charger worked so I'm really dazed and confused now seeing how nothin works

Glad you got it open!
Since your friends charger works fine on your cart, I would look at your charger very closely for a problem.
Does the reverse buzzer sound when in reverse?
Do you hear a click when you hit the go pedal?
