CC DS Stock lights wiring diagram needed

I'm in process of converting my stock headlight and brake lights to turn signal style. I have a 94 CC Ds. I can't seem to find any diagrams that show what color wires are used for dealing with brake peddle and lighting. So far I figured out a few things (or almost everything) but I can't seem to find which wire has the +12 at the brake. If I connect a voltage meter on the wire going to the brake light in back that is not black (ground) or brown (running light) then I get a 2v or something like that when the peddle is pressed. So that makes me wonder if the wire going to brake peddle is less then 12v. Odd.

Also does anyone know what voltage goes across the the ignition key switch on a 94 DS CC? I recall reading that its a negative ground but my meter shows otherwise so I'm not sure if its faulty or not.

Bump. Anyone know if brake light puts out less than 12v on the yellow or white wires? I'm showing like 2.5v when brake is pressed.
