Depends on where you are shipping from and then to. My last one was $25 UPS but then again it wasn't that far.

Ok so I went ahead and put my batteries in my $100 cregslist treasure find to see what happens. Wired them up. Got behind the seat turned the key and hit it into reverse. Bam! The thing tool off into reverse like it should. Switched it forward hit the peddle and away I went! It works!!! Took it around the block and all seemed well. Seemed a little more peppier than my cart but hard to say if its because its all stock bs mine with some heavier upgrades . If its not a big deal I might swap motors to see what happens. No that I know the thing works might not scrap it for parts just yet. Maybe get it all clean iup and sell it for a bit more.
Here is what a $100 cart looks like (I have the seat backs too just no roof)
