Default 97 DS Regen2 Silver Controller Won't Move

Bought not running. Replaced Controller. Charger worked after reviving batteries from total dead with another charger. Tested wiring harness finding microswitch bad in v-glide (now twisted wires together). Bad solenoid, bypassed heavy wires together to power all the time testing on jack. NO GO? Used FX302 troubleshooting guide to verify pin voltages. All sat EXCEPT pin 6(verify approx 30v) had 0v. Mine is not a FX302 it is a silver controller but we were looking for any info we could get to test with. Still NO GO!!!!!!

Is this the troubleshooting procedure you were using?

Yes that is it. We don't have the exact same controller. We were just verifying the harness integrity while trying to troubleshoot.

I'll be glad to help you if I can, but I'm going to require you to fix the problems you find instead of twisting wires together. You may have something as simple as a HPD (High Pedal Detect) because you twisted wires together on the micro. Replace the Micro Switch then we'll work from there.

Pulled limit switch. It was sticking. Cleaned switch, now works as it should . Also replaced bad main (only) solenoid while we were at it. Did not have pack voltage to begin with; put on charger for a few min. to wake the OBC, now have pack voltage (51v) but still no go.

Controller doesn't seem to be taking the solenoid to ground to energize run ckt.

This is the diagram we have been using to diagnose. It matches all the components we have.

Make sure throttle signal is getting all the way back to the controller from the Potbox or V-Glide (Could be either on this model) Also, make sure 48V is getting through the pedal micro switch all the way back to the controller as well.
