Let them go until the Green LED only is illuminated. If the DPI goes into an "Excessive Charging time" error mode (Power and Detection LEDs flashing), unplug the charging cable from the cart, wait a minute and plug it back in to initiate a new charging cycle.

Be sure and check the fluid level. They can gas a lot during the initial charge.

2. By main fuse, do you mean the 60A one or the 250A (or 400A) one?
The 60A fuse typically is placed in the heavy white wire from the charge receptacle.
The 250A fuse can be place anywhere in the battery pack or between the battery pack and solenoid or controller. The attached picture shows where I had it when I was running a DCX400
well, I put it on charge at 8 pm last night and they green float light was on at 7am. so I don't know how long it took, but its done now.

yeah I was reffering to the 400a fuse. I don't have a fuse from my charger, should I? does the dpi have a internal fuse for safety? if not something else to work on.

Less than 11 hours.

The 400A fuse can be inserted into any of the high current cables within the battery pack or either of the two main high current cables connecting the battery pack to the solenoid/controller/motor.

Yes, the DPI has internal fuses (see attached), but if you have kids around that might stick a metal object in the charge receptacle, you should also have a 50A or 60A fuse between the charge receptacle and the battery pack.
