Magnetic on 2008 CC with GE motor

OK guys...working on a 2008 CC AQ08 with a GE motor with the old style pop off on speed sensor....Cart would slow down to a crawl so did the standard speed sensor test and it fail all of them...Put new speed sensor in and it did the same thing...I discovered the magnetic is cracked/broke in one place..

Question 1. Can the magnetic be repaired....saw somewhere it could be super glued.

Question 2. I have looked everywhere on net for magnetic replacement for old style and cant find one..

Question 3...How to remove the magnetic....was told a pant can opener works great to slowly pry it off....

By golly falcon, I do believe that will work...I was looking for the stock one but guess my friend don't mind going a little faster...
