1999 ezgo model #f399 non- dcs motor will not go

I have a ezgo that won't go! I have no idea how to test the components to see if they are faulty can anyone? Help this is my first time on this web site. Thanks you

I read some of the tests post on this web site and tried them replaced the inductive throttle sensor that wasn't the problem. Preformed a few more test now it tell ing the controller is bad any ideas before i go and by a controller?

count the holes for each battery
3 holes = 6 volts
4 holes = 8 volts
6 holes = 12 volts
then you add up the batteries
6 x 6 volts = 36volts
6 x 8 volts = 48 volts
4 x 12 volts = 48 volts

did you do a motor test ?

ok its 36v. yes and the wheels turned

you get click from solenoid ?

Yes I got a click and the solenoid tested good.
I went thru every test in the order they where in on the post.

you can try this test

controller by-pass

You can bypass the controller for testing only.*

Jack the rear tires off the ground and put the cart on jack stands. Jump B- and M- at the controller to bypass the controller.*Make the final connection away from the controller(connect 2 jumper wires to controller and touch them together )*and*raise the rear tires off the ground*before jumping the controller, it's going to run at wide open throttle. If it runs with the jumper I'd say the controller is bad.Don't let the cart run at full speed with the rear tires off the ground..
