Scotty. Put one lead on neg of battery pack and then pos lead to all test points.
Test 1 36 Test 2 36 Test 3 36 Test 4 36 Test 5skipped Test 6 14.4 Test 7 only .2. |

Step 7 is only .2 said minimum should be .4

That test is related to throttle signal. Incorrect or no signal could be the problem. Try this test from the Ezgo manual for the ITS

We had a TXT in our shop that had a similar problem. It ended up being the safety wire on the charger port. The wire had corroded and fell off. When this wire doesn't have 36 volts, the cart will not move. This keeps the cart from driving away with the charger still plugged into it.

Ok Scottie. .4-.6 we only got .2. Pedal fully pressed 1.5 - 1.7 we only got .9. So this could be the problem part. Now do you sell this.

The Safty interlock wire is the small red/white wire from the Charge receptacle. THis may be the problem IF the soelnoid voes not click when youtry to go.
We do not normally sell the ITS unit. I do have 2 left over from service truck. |

We are going to borrow one out of a friends cart first if indeed that's the problem I'll be in contact tomorrow to buy one. That safety wire goes into charger port into a small plastic piece that seated in slot cut out little plastic piece as in was chipped off and put new end on. That wasn't it either.
