Charger won't charge at my house...
So I my buddy has an 07 EZGO TXT and it won't charge at his house or his neighbors house but it will charge at my house. For the life of me I can't figure out why. We have tried three different chargers and all will work at my place but none will work at his. We have changed out the charge port and disconnected everything that we have added to the cart. Still nothing. Has anyone experienced anything like this. I am considering a bypass charger and call it a day but still would like to know what could cause such a problem. Thanks,

Welcome to BGW!
First thing I would do is make sure the outlet you are plugging in to is "hot". |

Charging at your house and no charge at his house? Problem is in his house not the cart or charger.... Check the outlet first off for 120 VAC...

I had this problem once and realized I forgot to turn on the flux capacitor.
Without that turned on...these issue can happen. Skip Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Re: Charger won't charge at my house...
We checked the power on the receptacle and it was good. The flux capacitor had a short but we fixed it with some aluminum foil and bubble gum so we're good there too. Quite puzzling. I will let everyone know if we find the problem. Thanks,

What about the ground on the outlet at his house? I'd check that as well.

What about the circuit ? 15 amp ? Low wattage? Not all AC outlets are equal. Make sure the charger is plugged into a 20a circuit.

Does the charger click a few seconds after you plug it into the cart? If so you have an high voltage AC problem. If not there is problem in your charge wire or board.
