I agree with previous post about wanting a quality seat. In addition to those mentioned DoubleTake makes a real nice kit.

I put one on my cart about two years ago and it has been great. U also put a DoubleTake extended roof on to give the rear passengers shade from the summer sun...

depends on the age of the kids
under 10 i would belt them in
you know they will be turning around to see where you are going

I went with this package - shopped it out for a while - safety bar included as well as cooler under seat, beach chair holder, ball hitch receiver, golf bag holder, and comes in whichever color you want.

A bit pricey - but this is a great deal for all you get and again - install was pretty easy and straight forward - tool about 1 1/2 hours

and yes - if you have kids - SEAT BELTS!!! I have too many friends whose kids have fallen off. Not sure if your cart is lifted like mine - but it's quite a drop from that rear seat to the ground
